Swedish brand SHE DID's black T-shirt with a V-neck in green tartan is just as suitable for training as it is for everyday wear. It's made for training in moisture-wicking fabric, but is just as nice under a jacket. The fit is somewhat tailored, so if you want a looser fit, you can size up. If you want it tighter, you can size down.

The models in the photos are 175 cm tall and 157 cm tall, and both are wearing size M.
